Robert B. McCray, Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance
Robert B. McCray is the President & CEO of the Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance, Chairman of Alliance Healthcare Foundation, Special Advisor to TripleTree LLC, Member of Midmark Corporation Board of Directors, Member of Board of Directors of CONNECT and an active advisor to several companies. Rob leverages over 25 years of experience as a business owner, senior operating executive, and legal and transactional advisor to private and public companies. Rob has served as President, COO and an early investor in Digital On-Demand, Inc., a retail services technology company that operates under the brandname RedDotNet in chains including Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Best Buy, Blockbuster and Fred Meyer. Previously, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of HealthCap, Inc., a venture capital-backed physician practice management company that returned 90% CAGR to its investors. Rob alsoserved as Managing Director of Caremark Physician Resources, directing its formation during its initial high-growth years prior to its sale to MedPartners, Inc. He also co-founded OnCall Medicine, Inc., a medical house calls company. Prior to his success as a business operator, he was a Managing Partner in his law firm and a partner in a predecessor and transactional legal and consulting services to the healthcare industry for over 20 years.

Dr. Ron Poropatich,  Telemedicine Specialist
Dr Ron Poropatich, MD is the Deputy Director of the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC), of the US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) at Fort Detrick, MD which manages over $450 million/year in federally funded research in advanced medical technology. He also works towards wide-scale implementation of telehealth applications across the U. S. Army Medical Department in both stateside and overseas locations.  Dr Poropatich is a Professor of Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD, and is the Chair of the NATO Telemedicine Expert Team. He is a former President and Board Member of the American Telemedicine Association and a practicing Pulmonary Medicine physician at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the “Telemedicine and e-Health Journal."

Bernard Yvetot, Vice President Strategy International Business, France Telecom / Orange
Bernard Yvetot, currently vice-president international strategy Orange Group Strategy& development division  has held for the past 20 years several positions in the French Economy and Finance administration in Paris and abroad. He started his career in Beijing where he was deputy trade commissioner at the French embassy; later at the end of the 80’s he was appointed trade commissioner in Tokyo Japan. He held different positions in the Ministry of Foreign Trade in Paris on international trade issues like multilateral negotiation on trade. He has been involved since 1992 in the investment promotion activity, playing a key role in the creation of the Invest in France Agency in 2001 where he was Executive vice-president till 2006. He then worked for the National Agency for Industrial Innovation and for the National Audit Office before joining France Telecom in July 2008. He is married and has two children.

Shainoor Khoja, Roshan
Shainoor Khoja, is the Managing Director of Roshan Corporate Social Responsibility, she has established an award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility Department and a full time medical, dental and physiotherapy clinic in Kabul, Afghanistan. Roshan’s CSR department encompasses activities in commerce, health, social welfare and education with a strong focus on social enterprise initiatives.  Recent projects have included developing a telemedicine solution to address shortcomings in Afghanistan’s healthcare system, bringing e-learning and low cost computers to women and children, providing mobile money solutions to emerging markets, market prices of commodities to farmers, facilitating women in sustainable and profitable businesses and setting up the first ever corporate medical, life and disability insurance scheme for Afghan Employees.  Shainoor also operates as a business consultant in the area of corporate social responsibility and for business start-ups wishing to enter the Middle Eastern markets. She has a special interest in valued added services for the Telecommunications and Internet Technology sector. Shainoor studied in England and Canada and holds a Bachelors of Physiotherapy, a Masters in Health Management and a Postgraduate Certificate from Cambridge University. Shainoor is an Executive-in-Residence at the Center for Women’s Leadership at Babson College, Boston, U.S.A, has been a Change Agent in Residence at Bainbridge Graduate Institute, is a member of Social Venture Networks and sits on several International and local Boards and Committees.
